Sanity Global Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to feel good about your order. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 7 days of delivery with pictures.

  • Items must have tags still attached (if applicable).

  • Mystery bags, limited drops, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@sanityglobal.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process.

Damaged or Stolen Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We’ll handle it fast.

  • We are not responsible for any stolen items once marked delivered.
